At Mad Gusto, we believe your data belongs to you. DataJoiner is designed with privacy as the default.

Data Handling

DataJoiner processes data directly within your spreadsheet. We do not transmit your spreadsheet data to our servers. Row-matching and value-pasting operations happen inside your Google Workspace™ environment.

Permissions

The add-on requires permission to access your spreadsheets solely to perform the actions you trigger, such as reading the source sheet and writing to the target sheet.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not view, collect, or store your credit card information.

No Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties.

Google User Data Protection and Retention

1. Data Protection Mechanisms

DataJoiner operates as an Editor Add-on within Google Workspace™. All data processing occurs directly within Google's secure infrastructure.

• Encryption in Transit: data transmission between the user's browser and Google's servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS protocols.
• Encryption at Rest: DataJoiner does not store user spreadsheet data on its own servers. Data remains in the user's own Google Drive™, protected by Google's encryption standards.

2. Data Retention and Deletion

• Retention: DataJoiner is a pass-through processing tool. We do not retain, archive, or log the contents of your spreadsheets.
• Deletion: since we do not store your spreadsheet data, there is no spreadsheet data to delete from our servers. To remove license information from our activation database, contact support@madgusto.com.
